NO-PEEP CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. red wine
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. water

Place stew meat in baking dish and cover with onion soup mix, mushrooms, soup, wine and water. Mix, cover and cook 3 hours at 325 degrees. Do not peek! Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
