BEEF STEW CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1 can mushroom soup
3 potatoes
5 carrots
1 lg. onion

Brown meat. Put in a casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together with the vegetables and soup. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
