STEW CASSEROLE 
1 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 med. can of tomato juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Potatoes and carrots
Sm. can each corn and peas (drained)

In a deep 2 quart casserole dish put potatoes, carrots and can vegetables. Top with stew meat, add juice, horseradish, mix dry soup mix with water. Pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
