NO-PEEP CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. stew meat
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom buttons
1/2 c. red wine
Pepper

Mash in 1 clove of garlic. Mix well. Cook 3 hours at 300 degrees. Mix in 1 package sour cream when casserole is cooked.
