CARAMEL CORN 
6 qt. popped popcorn
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. syrup
1 tsp. salt
Peanuts/pecans

Bring the above (minus the popcorn) to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over popcorn. Mix well and put on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
