BAKED CARAMEL CORN 
1/2 c. butter
3 qt. unsalted popped popcorn
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. whole pecans or mixed

Cream butter, add brown sugar. Cream until fluffy. Combine popcorn and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes or until crisp. Use a shallow pan and stir a few times as it bakes.
