MILKY WAY® CAKE ICING 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 can marshmallow creme

Combine sugar and milk. Cook over low heat until it reaches a soft ball stage. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and butter. Stir until all ingredients are melted. Remove from heat and beat until cool. Frost cake.
