NOODLE KUGEL 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. No Yolk cholesterol free egg noodle substitute
1 (8 oz.) container Fleishmann's Egg Beaters, thawed
2 packets Sweet 'n Low
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. (1 stick) Fleischmann's butter (Parve), melted
2 med. size apples (McIntosh), peeled & cored
3/4 c. raisins

Cook and drain the noodles according to directions on the bag. While the noodles are cooking, pour the Egg Beaters in a large bowl and beat well with a fork. Add Sweet 'n Low, vanilla, cinnamon and melted butter. Prepare the apples, cut in half, slice thin and add to the egg mixture. Stir in the raisins. Add the cooked and drained noodles and mix thoroughly. Place in a lightly greased 8"x12" glass baking dish. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Serves 6 to 8.
