BRAN MUFFINS 
6 c. bran
1 3/4 c. honey
5 c. flour (2 white, 3 whole wheat)
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk

1/2 RECIPE:

3 c. bran
1 c. honey
2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 pt. buttermilk

Mix all in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 weeks. Bake as you need them. Do not stir. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. I like to add raisins. Substitute 2 cups oatmeal for any 1 cup flour. (Or for 1/2 recipe: 1 cup white, 1 cup wheat, 1 cup oatmeal.) Good nutritious quick, easy breakfast.
