MATSU KAZE YAKI 
1/2 lb. ground chicken or turkey
4 tbsp. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. akamiso
1 tbsp. sake
1 egg, beaten
White sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mirin

In a small bowl, stir together akamiso, sugar, sake and mirin. Cook on high power for 50 seconds in microwave oven without cover.

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together egg, crumbs, meat and miso mixture, mix well. On waxed paper pat the meat mixture into 1 inch thick rectangle. Using a sharp knife, cut the rectangle into 1 inch squares. Put some sesame seeds on top. Cook on high power in microwave oven for 8 minutes or until brown. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
