KOSHER DILL PICKLES | |
Wash 25 - 4 inch cucumbers. Pack in hot quart jars. To each quart add: 1 clove garlic 2 heads fresh dill 1 hot red pepper Combine: 3 c. water 1 qt. cider vinegar Bring to boil. Fill jars to within 1/2 inch of top with boiling mixture. Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes. |
