AUNT MARY'S SALAD 
1 med. can pineapple, drained
1 lb. Tokay grapes, seeded
2 Delicious apples, not peeled
1 c. chopped walnuts
Maraschino cherries
Miniature marshmallows

DRESSING:

1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Juice of 1 lemon
Pineapple juice
1 egg

Combine pineapple, grapes, apples, walnuts, cherries and marshmallows. To make dressing, soften 1 tbsp. cornstarch in the little water. Add pineapple juice and the juice of 1 lemon. Cook over low heat until thick. Beat 1 egg. Pour a little of the hot mixture into the egg and blend. Mix egg in balance of sauce and boil a couple of minutes. Whip 1 cup cream. Fold cooled sauce into the whipped cream. Fold fruit mixture into whipped cream.
