HOT CRAB DIP 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 (8 oz.) cans crab meat or fresh
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. white wine
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. onion juice
1 tsp. salt

Beat cheese well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve hot with melba toast or crackers.
