CHARLESTON CWE CRAB DIP 
2 c. crab meat (any kind - claw or body - preferably fresh but others will
do)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream cheese
1/2 c. buttermilk
A sprinkle of garlic
A dash of hot sauce
A dash of salt

(I have no idea how much a dash is!)

Mix all ingredients together well and chill. Serve with whatever cracker/chip you desire.
