CRAB DIP 
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. green onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 pkg. gelatin, unflavored, dissolved in 3 tbsp. water
7 oz. crab meat, fresh
1 c. mayonnaise
Hot sauce
Lemon juice to taste

Heat soup, dissolve gelatin in water and add to soup as it heats. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted. Cool slightly and add all other ingredients. Chill until set.
