KATIE'S CRAB DIP 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped green onion
Some chopped green celery
1 packet unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. hot water
1/2 lb. crabmeat

Heat and stir soup, cream cheese and mayonnaise until mixed. Add onion, celery, gelatin dissolved in hot water, and crabmeat (imitation is almost as good). Serve either hot or cold as a dip, or hot over toasted English muffins.
