SHRIMP OR CRAB DIP 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Knox gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water
1 c. celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans shrimp or crab, drained and rinsed in cold water (may use fresh)

Warm the soup in a medium saucepan. Do not add water. While soup is warming, dissolve the gelatin in bowl, using the cold water. When the soup is warm, remove from stove and add gelatin and stir (use hand mixer). Add cream cheese and blend well, then add all the rest of the ingredients. Blend all together and pour into a greased mold. Chill overnight. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
