SOL'S MICROWAVE CHEESY EGG 
1 egg
1 slice American cheese

Pyrex glass dish (or microwave dish) approximately 3 1/2" in diameter and approximately 1 1/2" deep.

Set the microwave at the Defrost cycle. Set time between 2 and 2 1/2 minutes (depending how hard you want the egg). Place the cheese in the dish first. Crack egg over the cheese. Use a fork to gently pierce egg. Cover with Saran Wrap. The result is a tasty egg that has the melted cheese surrounding it.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
