SOYA CHICKEN WINGS 
10 chicken wings, cut at joint (discard end piece) 20 pieces
1/2 c. soya sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. soya sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic or 2 cloves fresh (chopped finely)

Place wings in flat pan and pour marinade over them. Marinate all day turning 2 to 3 times. Place in broiler pan or cookie sheet and place 7 to 8 inches from broiler unit. Broil 8 minutes on each side.

If the wings are large, 1 1/2 times the marinade sauce.
