INDIAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. self rising cornmeal
1/2 c. plain flour
2 eggs
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 can Mexican corn

Combine and mix well. Bake in a 325 degree oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
