MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (best with oil)
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. macaroni

Cook macaroni; drain (don't rinse). Add stick of butter, cottage cheese, and tuna with oil. Stir and serve. Salt and pepper to taste. Can be made without tuna. Serve with fish sticks or cakes.
