LOW CALORIE SOUP 
3 c. water
3 cubes bouillon (chicken or beef)
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen cauliflower
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen spinach
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen broccoli
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 lb. can mushrooms with juice
1 lb. can French style green beans with juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano
Onion powder to taste

Place water, bouillon, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli and celery in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms, green beans and seasonings. Continue to simmer until all ingredients are cooked.
