OVERNIGHT LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broke up in bowl
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1-2 c. frozen peas
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 green pepper (optional)

Layer each vegetables in bowl. Top with 2 cups mayonnaise and shredded cheese to seal. Leave in refrigerator overnight and mix together when ready to serve.
