PUTTANESCA 
1 1/2 lb. pasta
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
8 anchovies, minced
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. pitted black olives
1/4 c. capers
2 cans white chunk tuna
Parsley
Oregano
Basil
1/2 stick butter
1 clove garlic, minced

Cook pasta until done. Heat oil and butter, add minced garlic and anchovies; cook 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 15 minutes. Add olives, capers, tuna and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes. Add butter, cook 10 minutes. Mix in pasta. Simmer 1 minute.
