25 Hydrox cookies
3 tbsp. melted butter

Crush cookies and combine with butter and put 3/4 in bottom of pan and save rest for top.

FILLING:

1 box lime Jello
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind

Let thicken to whip.

Whip and add Jello and put in pan and cover with rest of cookies. Can put green coloring to make it greener.
