NO COOK MINTS 
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. softened butter
1 tsp. peppermint
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. sifted powdered sugar (4 3/4 c.)
Food coloring

Blend corn syrup, butter, peppermint and salt. Add sugar. Mix with spoon and hands until smooth. Divide into 1/3's. Knead. Put 1-2 drops coloring in each 1/3rd. Shape into small balls. Shape and put on waxed paper to dry for a couple of hours.
