YEAST PIZZA 
2 c. milk, scalded
3/4 c. oil or shortening
2/3 c. warm water
3 pkgs. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 to 8 c. flour

Scald milk, cool. Combine all ingredients, (except flour) and mix well. Add flour. Let stand (covered) for 10 minutes. Knead and add flour as needed. Let stand 20 minutes. Heat oven 375 to 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.
