REDI-BURGER WITH COTTAGE CHEESE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can chilled Redi-Burger
1 lb. cottage cheese
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
3 eggs
Paprika
1/4 tsp. basil leaves

Saute onions and green pepper in melted butter for 4 minutes. Cut Redi-Burger in half inch cubes and add with crumbs to onion mixture. Stir gently. Spread evenly over bottom of a shallow baking dish.

Beat cottage cheese until almost smooth; add basil. Blend in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour cottage cheese mixture over Redi- Burger layer and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6- 8.
