BLUE CHEESE BURGERS 
1 to 2 lb. chuck ground beef
1/4 c. chopped pimento olives
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Roll and pat out burgers to desired size. Spray broiler pan or grill rack with cooking oil spray. Cook to desired doneness.

(Suggestion: Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato slices and Dijon mustard.)
