FROSTED ZUCCHINI BARS 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs, sugar and oil, beating well. Stir in flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in vanilla, zucchini, raisins and nuts. Spread in greased 15x17 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Don't over bake. Cool.

FROSTING:

Soften:

1 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together. Add:

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Spread on bars.
