CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. of fresh cranberries
2 oranges
2 apples
2 to 3 stalks of celery
1 c. walnuts
1 lg. pkg. strawberry or cherry Jello
1 c. sugar

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling HOT water. Grind cranberries, oranges, apples, and celery. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over fruit. Measure juice from fruit and add enough water to make 2 1/2 cups liquid. Mix fruit, nuts, and liquid into Jello. Mold in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Chill until firm.
