SWEET POTATO PATTIES 
2 c. grated raw sweet potato
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar

Wash, peel, and grate sweet potatoes. Add enough flour and sugar to the sweet potatoes to make a mixture that can be shaped into 2 inch patties, 1/2 inch thick. Fry patties until golden brown. Serve with a meat course. Makes 6 servings.
