RICE PADDY 
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1 c. chicken giblets
2 eggs (about)

Mix above together. Add extra egg if mixture seems dry. Form round paddy in hands covered with flour. Fry in 1 inch deep oil in skillet until golden brown on one side, turn and brown the other side.

Note: Small grain rice seems to work best.
