RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
2 c. finely cut rhubarb
Pie crust (1 - 9 inch)

Sift flour and sugar together. Add beaten egg; mix thoroughly. Then add rhubarb and stir together. Pour into pie shell. Add top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer.
