SWEDISH CREAM 
1 env. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 1/3 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)
1 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
Fresh sweetened strawberries or raspberries

Dissolve gelatin in water. Let stand 5 minutes.

In saucepan mix gelatin mixture with cream and heat just until sugar is dissolved and mixture creamy. Stir in (using rotary beater) sour cream. Pour into dessert dishes and chill for 8 hours. Put berries on top and serve.
