MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 c. instant rice
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chiles
2 c. broken tortilla chips
1 c. grated cheese

Place chips on bottom of casserole dish. Layer with 1/2 rice, soup, chiles, and ground beef. Repeat layers. Top with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
