MEXICAN HOT DISH CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag Frito corn chips
2 cans chili without beans, heated
2 c. rice (cooked and hot) (instant ok)
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 head chopped lettuce (approx.)
2 chopped tomatoes (approx.)
1 lb. melted Velveeta cheese with approx. 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. butter added to make a medium cheese sauce

Layer ingredients in order given. Pour cheese sauce over layered ingredients. Serve.
