CHICKEN SUPREME 
2 to 3 pkg. chicken cutlets
2 sm. boxes thawed chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 (8 oz.) Mozzarella grated cheese
Salt and pepper

Put flour, salt and pepper in brown paper bag and add cutlets (a little at a time) to cook. Brown on both sides. Put cutlets in one layer in bottom of large pan. Spoon undiluted soup on top of each cutlet. Sprinkle on the thawed chopped broccoli and then sprinkle on the cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
