MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. Mueller's elbow macaroni
1/2 doz. hard boiled eggs, chopped or diced
1 med. onion, finely diced
4 stalks celery, finely diced
4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing (light/cholesterol free)
Salt (optional) and pepper to taste
1/2 c. granulated sugar (or to taste)

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain macaroni. Rinse with cold water; drain well. Add chopped eggs, onion, and celery; mix well. Into salad dressing, add salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Stir into macaroni mixture until well coated. Chill well before serving (best if chilled overnight). Serves 8 to 10.
