Bottom:

1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter (very soft)

Mix together, press in 9x13 inch pan. Place in 350 degree oven while preparing top.

Top:

1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix together, pour over bottom. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until light brown in 350 degree oven. Cut in small squares.
