GRAPE SHRIMP SALAD 
2 c. halved seedless green grapes
1 1/2 c. torn leaf lettuce
1 1/2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced lengthwise
6-8 oz. cooked, cleaned shrimp
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 oz. crumbled blue cheese (1/4 c.)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. milk

Lightly toss together first 8 ingredients. In a separate bowl combine rest of ingredients. Toss with salad. Can substitute chicken or turkey for shrimp.
