SCANDINAVIAN RELISH 
1 can whole green beans
1 can sm. English peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can chopped pimento
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Drain canned vegetables. Mix dressing, add other items, refrigerate. Keeps well for several weeks.
