BANANA TREAT 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. rum or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 sm. firm bananas
2 tbsp. pecans, walnuts or peanuts chopped

Peel bananas and cut in half, lengthwise. Place in baking dish, cut side down. Combine butter, sugar, rum or juice and cinnamon in saucepan. Heat until butter and sugar are melted. Pour over bananas. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, basting once or twice. Serve hot or top with ice cream or whipped cream.
