TACO SOUP 
1 chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 can corn
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can sliced black olives
2 cans diced tomato
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. pepper
grated Cheddar cheese
crushed corn chips
sour cream (optional)

Fry onion and hamburger; drain. Add corn, garbanzo beans, red kidney beans, black beans, sliced black olives and diced tomatoes; do not drain juices. Put in crock-pot. Add taco seasoning, cumin and pepper. Simmer on low until hot. Serve topped with grated Cheddar cheese, crushed corn chips and a dab of sour cream (optional).
