SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
Sweet Potato Mixture:

3 c. precooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Beat and mix ingredients together. Put mixture in greased casserole dish.

Topping:

1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1/2 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Mix together all the topping ingredients. Place mixture on top of sweet potato mixture.

Place in preheated oven at 325°F for glass or 350°F for metal pan for 30 to 40 minutes or until topping is crispy brown.
