SWEET POTATO BREAD 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins

Cook sweet potatoes. Sift flour, sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add sweet potatoes, Wesson oil and water. Beat. Add eggs one at a time. Add pecans and raisins. Pour in five 1 pound coffee cans or loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
