SWEET POTATO CREST 
1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix well and put in 9x13 casserole dish. Bake 250 until lightly brown and cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Beat well and put on top of first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and cool then put on top of second layer. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
