ANGINETTI CREAM PUFFS 
1 pkg. Stella Doro Anginetti
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. Cool Whip
3 oz. cream cheese

Slice tops of anginetti. Drain pineapple. Mix cheese, Cool Whip 1 minute on medium speed. Add crushed pineapple. Blend 1 minute on low speed.

Drop by tablespoon onto bottom layer of cookie. Replace tops. Refrigerate puffs until ready to serve (at least 4 hours).
