NUT CHEESE LOG 
2 boxes Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. finely chopped bell peppers
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained good)
2 c. finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Mix cheese, onions, peppers and pineapple well. Spread nuts on foil. Take mixture a little at a time and form log on foil. Sprinkle nuts on all sides and end of log. Roll up in foil and refrigerate overnight.
