1/2 cup salt
1-1/2 cups water
food coloring
2 tablespoon alum
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cup flour

Dissolve salt in water over low heat. Add food coloring, alum and oil; add flour. Work until not sticky. Keeps well in an airtight container.
